FAQ
We aim to process and ship all orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Then all that’s left to do is sit back, relax, and await your delivery.
Estimated delivery times:
Within Denmark: 1-4 business days
Simply choose Local Pickup and select your preferred store at checkout. If your order is placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, it will be ready for pickup the same day or the next.
Our friendly in-store team will notify you as soon as your order is ready at your chosen location, so you can collect it at your convenience.
We currently ship only within Denmark. Unfortunately, we are unable to send orders internationally at this time.
We do our best to keep all products in stock, but our suppliers are busy and working hard to keep up with demand.
